CAV gives utmost importance to food safety. We have put in place rigorous systems and processes to eliminate any risk of contamination.


Right from the arrival of the produce at the processing facility to the despatch of the processed produce in refrigerated containers, every process is closely monitored.


Trained and qualified personnel man the in-house laboratory to ensure strict quality control during the manufacturing process, as well as testing the characteristics of the final product. Proactive employee feedback is also solicited on individual processes, so as to improve the system constantly.


Strict sanitization and cleaning schedules are maintained and adhered to at all-time throughout the plant to ensure cleanliness of plant and equipment. Personnel are trained and encouraged to stick to high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, therebyeliminating the risk of product contamination.
